Watch out for that low credit card rate
So you think you have that low credit card rate. And you think you got it because you are lucky. Or perhaps because you did your homework and got the best rate for you. But did you? That low credit card rate you got could come with changes down the road.
Your low credit card rate may be merely a low introductory rate, with a higher fixed rate being implemented after a period of time, usually about six months. You may have had high approval services or you may have been offered a 0 interest rate to begin with, but that will probably change within a short time after you have used your credit card. You may find out later that the cheap rate comes with no extra services, such as an extended grace period. Then that rate is not the lowest after all.
Be wary of cheap rates. They are often followed by raises within a short time. Make sure you have a low credit card rate, fixed, cheap and the best for you.
