How do I get set-up?
Setting up your accounts to be viewed on the Internet is done directly at your branch. You will select an Internet banking password. After applying for the service, it usually takes about 10 business days to get up and running.
What equipment do I need?
You must have a Macintosh or IBM compatible computer to use the service. You will also need a modem, Internet access and a version browser. The browsers recommended include Netscape navigator 4.08, Netscape communicator 4.7, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or newer.
Can I access through my Palm organizer or Web TV?
The Internet banking service is not set up to access with these devices.
Does Internet banking work with my personal financial management software?
Yes, you can download your banking information into either Quicken, or Microsoft Money. For Quicken, use the Quicken Interchange Format (QIF-Long). For Microsoft Money use the OFX export type. OFX/QIF download enables you to record all of your online bill payments, transfers and debit card point of sale purchases into your chosen financial management software.
